The governments of the world are in debt
The total combined debt of all the world's governments is an astounding $61 TRILLION USD. This is a remarkable number and raises some very important questions that we as a society must address before its too late. Important questions such as:
Who do we owe this money to?
How are we going to pay it off?
Will we ever pay it off?
Can we pay it off?
And more practically, how much of it are we paying through our own hard earned money by way of taxes?
These are very important questions, and we should all look to our government officials, regardless of which country you are from, to get some answers.
